MASTERCLASS 1

Masterclass 1 includes how to make American buttercream and covers some different techniques for colouring buttercream frosting. You will also learn how to pipe swirl roses, leaves, buds, baby’s breath, sunflowers, and roses.

You will leave with a box of six beautifully iced cupcakes to take home as well as a little booklet of tips, tricks and recipes. All the equipment that you will need for the class will be provided, but please bring along your own apron. The class lasts between 3-4 hours and is held in Newlands.

MASTERCLASS 2

Masterclass 2 follows on from Masterclass 1 and includes how to pipe a closed peony, an open peony, a chrysanthemum, and a frilly daisy.

You will leave with a box of six beautifully iced cupcakes to take home and wow your family. All the equipment that you will need for the class will be provided, but please bring along your own apron. The class lasts 3 hours and is held in Newlands.
